Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship internationally to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and selected countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 12–25 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
